Listed below are links to various portions of the New WHEP Manual. This is the only format the WHEP manual will be available. You can download the individual parts of the manual to your computer by going to your browser and selecting Save As. Then place it on your computer (where you can find it). Or you can just print out the individual files.

The 2013 Contest will use the January 2012 Edition of the WHEP Manual.
